Note: Tire diameter will be determined by factory stamp.


Pit class 1 Street Stock
GENERAL
This class is intended for trucks and Jeeps that are primarily street driven, have minimal modifications and are street legal. Engine, frame and body must be of same make.
BODY
1) Stock steel body (minimal cutting allowed only for tire clearance)
2) Wheel base must be stock for frame and body
3) Firewall cannot be cut, relocated or reshaped
4) Must retain factory floor pan
5) Flatbeds must meet tech approval
6) Must retain stock glass
7) Headlights and taillights required
Cool Front bumper required
9) Interior cannot be gutted
10) Race seats allowed
CHASSIS
1) Full uncut factory frame front to rear
2) Minimum 4 point roll cage required for open top vehicles
3) Suspension must be stock, lift kits allowed
4) No removal of leaf springs
5) Front and rear differentials, transmission and transfer case can be upgraded. No final drives or Unimog axles.
6) Trans brakes not allowed
7) Fuel tank, battery and radiator must be in stock location
Cool 4 wheel brakes, dual master cylinder required
9) Maximum 33” Unaltered DOT tires only
ENGINE
1) Motor must pull 17 “ of vacuum at 800 RPM’s
2) Big block engines in full size ¾ or 1 ton trucks only
3) No V8’s in mini trucks or mini SUV’s (Unless OEM)
4) Engine must be located in stock location
5) No aluminum engine blocks or aluminum heads (Unless OEM)
6) Single gas carb limited to 4150 / 4160 (no Predators, Dominators, no splits, no stretched)
7) OEM fuel injection only
Cool Cast aluminum intake only (no tunnel rams or sheet metal intakes)
9) Headers are allowed, mufflers are required and exhaust must extend to behind the drivers seat
10) Nitrous, turbos, and superchargers are not permitted (factory installed OEM turbos permitted on diesels).
Vehicles must meet all safety requirements.


Pit Class 2 Super Street
GENERAL
This class is intended for trucks and Jeeps that have been slightly modified for competition but still utilize mostly stock components. They must be capable of being made street legal. Engine swaps allowed, but frame must be correct for body.
BODY
1) Stock steel or OEM equivalent fiberglass body (minimal cutting allowed only for tire clearance)
2) Wheel base cannot be extended, must match body. Body swaps allowed.
3) Firewall can be reshaped minimally, but not cut and relocated
4) Must retain factory floor pan
5) Flatbeds must meet tech approval
6) Must retain stock glass
7) Headlights and taillights may be removed, but MUST be covered.
Cool Front bumper required
9) Interior cannot be gutted
10) Single race seat allowed
CHASSIS
1) Full uncut factory frame front to rear (must retain 2 stock cross members)
2) Minimum 4 point roll cage required for open top vehicles
3) Rear suspension must be leaf-spring unless equipped otherwise from the factory. Ladder bar suspension allowed (No 4-link, 3-link, floaters or coil over shocks). Front suspension may be leaf-spring, coil & radius, or IFS. Other front suspension styles permitted if OEM for that vehicle (relocation of mounting points not permitted).
4) Leaf-spring vehicles must have at least two leaf springs at each corner.
5) Any stock style front and rear differentials allowed. Axles can be upgraded. No final drives or Unimog axles.
6) Any stock transfer case allowed
7) Fuel tank (fuel cell) and battery may be relocated
Cool Radiator must be located in front of motor
9) Transmission modifications and trans brakes allowed (must be shielded)
10) 4 wheel brakes, dual master cylinder required
11) Maximum 37” unaltered DOT tires
ENGINE
1) Engine must pull 13“ of vacuum at 800 RPM’s
2) Big block engines in full size trucks only
3) Engine must be located in approximate stock location. Firewall will dictate engine location.
4) No aluminum engine blocks or heads (unless OEM)
5) Single gas carb limited to 4150 / 4160 (no Predators, Dominators, splits, or stretched)
6) OEM fuel injection only
7) Cast aluminum intake only (no tunnel rams or sheet metal intakes)
Cool Open headers are allowed for competition
9) Nitrous, turbos, and superchargers are not permitted (factory installed OEM turbos permitted on diesels).
Vehicles must meet all safety requirements.


Pit Class 3 Super Stock
GENERAL
This class is intended for trucks and Jeeps that have been slightly modified for competition but still utilize mostly stock components. They need not be street legal, but they should appear streetable. Any engine, frame, body combination allowed.
BODY
1) Stock steel or OEM equivalent fiberglass body (minimal cutting allowed only for tire clearance)
2) Body must match wheelbase
3) Firewall can be reshaped, but not cut and relocated
4) Must retain factory floor pan
5) Flatbeds must meet tech approval. Gutting of factory beds not permitted. Tailgate may be removed.
6) Windshield required (lexan or equivalent acceptable)
7) Bumpers and mirrors not required
Cool Minor gutting of interior is permitted (dash, inner door panels, side & rear glass may be removed)
9) Single race seat allowed
10) Driver must sit in stock location
CHASSIS
1) Full uncut factory frame front to rear (must retain 2 stock cross members)
2) Minimum 4 point roll cage required for open top vehicles
3) Rear suspension must be leaf-spring unless equipped otherwise from the factory. Ladder bar suspension allowed (No 4-link, 3-link, floaters or coil over shocks). ENGINE1) Any automotive type engine, frame, body combination allowed.
2) Engine must be located in approximate stock location based on firewall location.
3) Conventional OEM style aluminum heads allowed (no raised runner heads)
4) Any unmodified single gas carburetor allowed
5) OEM fuel injection only
6) Cast aluminum intake only (no tunnel rams or sheet metal intakes)
7) Vacuum pumps and dry sumps allowed
Cool Open headers are allowed
9) Nitrous, turbos, and superchargers are not permitted (factory installed OEM turbos permitted on diesels).

Vehicles must meet all safety requirements.


Pit Class 4 Renegade
GENERAL
This class is intended for trucks and Jeeps that have been highly modified for competition. Although these vehicles can be gutted, they must appear stock and must utilize a full factory frame in their chassis. Any engine, frame, body combination allowed.
BODY
1) Stock steel body or OEM equivalent fiberglass body required (no race bodies)
2) Gutting of body is allowed. Must retain stock appearance from exterior
3) Wheelbase must match body being used
4) Firewall and floor pan can be cut and relocated
5) Flatbeds must meet tech approval
6) Windshield glass not required
7) Headlights and taillights not required
Cool Interior can be gutted
9) Driver seat can be located in the center of the vehicle, but cannot be moved toward the rear
10) Bumpers not required
CHASSIS
1) Full uncut factory frame from front differential to rear differential (must retain 2 stock-width cross members)
2) Minimum 6 point roll cage
3) Maximum distance from center of front axle to seat back 84”
4) Any suspension (3 link, 4 link, coil overs) allowed, no backhalves
5) Any stock type front and rear differentials allowed. Axles can be upgraded. No final drives or Unimog axles.
6) Any style OEM or aftermarket chain or gear drive transfer set ups allowed
7) Fuel cell, radiator and battery may be relocated
Cool Transmission modifications and trans brakes allowed (must be shielded)
9) 4 wheel brakes, dual master cylinder required
10) Maximum 46” unaltered DOT tires
11) 3150 lbs big block, 2850 lbs small block
ENGINE
1) Any automotive type engine acceptable
2) Engine must be located with # 1 spark plug no more than 12 inches behind the center of the front axle tube
3) No aluminum engine blocks
4) OEM fuel injection only
5) Any type of cylinder head and intake manifold allowed
6) Maximum of 4 barrels of carburetion (split and stretched Dominators allowed, single Predator only)
7) Vacuum pumps and dry sumps allowed
Cool Nitrous, turbos, and superchargers are not permitted (factory installed OEM turbos permitted on diesels).
Vehicles must meet all safety requirements.


Pit Class 5 Super Modified
GENERAL
This class is intended for highly modified 4 wheel drive vehicles allowing tube chassis, any engine location and aluminum engine blocks. These vehicles need not resemble any factory produced vehicle. This class is intended for trucks that go through the mud rather than over it.
BODY
1) A body is required. It can be constructed from metal, fiberglass or plastic and can be any design
2) A firewall and floorpan must be present protecting driver from engine and driveline components
DRIVETRAIN
1) Chassis material, design and workmanship must meet safety requirements and tech approval
2) Rear engine vehicles roll cage must provide adequate protection to driver legs
3) Any type suspension allowed
4) Mimimum 44” DOT/Military with no alterations or Agricultural/Industrial of any size allowed.
5) Minimum weight with driver 4000 big block, 3700 small block
6) Dual independent master cylinder brake system required
7) Four independent wheel brakes required

ENGINE
1) Any automotive type engine acceptable (aluminum blocks allowed)
2) Multiple carbs, Injection and Nitrous allowed (no blowers or turbos)
3) Gas or Alcohol only, no nitro methane or similar fuel accelerators
4) Any safely constructed competition exhaust allowed

Vehicle must meet all safety requirements.



Pit Class 6 Pro Truck
GENERAL
This class is for highly modified stock appearing four wheel drive race vehicles. Competition chassis, race bodies and high performance race engines allowed.
BODY
1) Any type of stock appearing truck or Jeep body allowed (must be recognizable per tech approval)
2) Body must extend to and cover all front engine components
3) A firewall and floorpan must be present protecting driver from engine and driveline components
4) Center seat acceptable, must be located no more than 84” from centerline of front axle to the seat back
5) Windshield not required
DRIVETRAIN
1) The main frame of the chassis must be constructed of minimum 2 X 3 steel or OEM frame from front to rear. Round tube can be used for additional bracing.
2) Minimum 8 point roll cage required
3) Any type suspension allowed
4) Any style OEM or aftermarket chain or gear drive transfer set ups allowed
5) Dual independent master cylinder brake system required
6) Four independent wheel brakes required
7) Maximum 54” DOT tires with alterations (Cuts) allowed, Agricultural/Industrial and paddle tires not permitted
Cool Minimum weight 2800 lbs big block, 2500 lbs small block
9) Maximum wheelbase 150”.
ENGINE
1) Any automotive type engine acceptable
2) Engine must be located with # 1 spark plug no more than 30” behind the center of the front axle tube.
3) Aluminum engine blocks allowed
4) Any type of cylinder head and intake manifold allowed
5) Dual carbs allowed gas or alcohol (split Dominators allowed), injection not allowed. No superchargers or turbos.
6) Vacuum pumps and dry sump allowed
7) Nitrous allowed
Special Note
1) All vehicles must be equipped with a tether-operated kill-switch mounted at the rear of the vehicle.
Vehicles must meet all safety requirements.



Pit Class 7 Modified CutsGENERAL
This class is intended for highly modified 4 wheel drive vehicles allowing tube chassis, any engine location and aluminum engine blocks. These vehicles need not resemble any factory produced vehicle.
BODY
1) A body is required. It can be constructed from metal, fiberglass or plastic and can be any design
2) A firewall and floorpan must be present protecting driver from engine and driveline components
DRIVETRAIN
1) Chassis material, design and workmanship must meet safety requirements and tech approval
2) Rear engine vehicles roll cage must provide adequate protection to driver legs
3) Any type suspension allowed
4) Maximum 46” DOT tires with alterations (Cuts) allowed
5) Vera Trac and similar tires are acceptable on front
6) Minimum weight with driver 2450 big block, 2150 small block
7) Dual independent master cylinder brake system required
Cool Four independent wheel brakes required
9) Maximum wheelbase 150”
ENGINE
1) Any automotive type engine acceptable (aluminum blocks allowed)
2) Multiple carbs, Injection and Nitrous allowed (no blowers or turbos)
3) Gas or Alcohol only, no nitro methane or similar fuel accelerators
4) Any safely constructed competition exhaust allowed

Pit Class 8 Open Paddles

4) Paddle tires or maximum 46” DOT tires with alterations (Cuts) allowed, Agricultural/Industrial tires not permitted.
5) Minimum weight with driver 2450 big block, 2150 small block
6) Dual independent master cylinder brake system required
7) Four independent wheel brakes required
Cool Maximum wheelbase 150”
ENGINE
1) Any automotive type engine acceptable (aluminum blocks allowed)
2) Blowers, Turbo Chargers, Injection, Multiple carbs, and Nitrous allowed
3) Gas or Alcohol only, no nitro methane or similar fuel accelerators
4) Any safely constructed competition exhaust allowed
5) Blower restraints and belt shield required. Blower and hat blanket and fuel line shield highly recommended
Special Note
1) All vehicles must be equipped with a tether-operated kill-switch mounted at the rear of the vehicle.
Vehicle must meet all safety requirements.

in SUPERSTOCK CLASS.rule #8 on BODY. what is there left to gut , the windshield ? Shocked if all of that is considered minor gutting , then i would hate to see major gutting. Confused

Major gutting would probably be where you put down the screwdriver & pick up the sawzall. Super Stock should be pretty much what you're used to body-wise at RROR & MMOR I would guess.

Cuts are allowed in class 6, which is a "truck" class.

this might sound like a stupid question but when you say body must meet wheel base, are you talking about front to back, like no tires in front of the fenders, or side to side, like full size runnig gear under small truck, i fit into class 3 except if no full size running gear under small truck, just wondering. thanks Very Happy

By wheelbase we mean length front to back. Fullsize running gear that sticks out the sides is perfectly legal.

ok thanky you for clear that up for me scott, sometime i don't get it,lol thanks once again Very Happy so as long as my fenders line up with my tires I am kool, even though the frame is streatched right? I am just trying to make sure that my truck will be of no protest when rules are in place. thanks

Stretching the frame to match the body is fine. Now, if you've also stretched the front of the body in order to stick your front axle way out in front of the engine, then that would be a no-no.

look at the pick of the truck mr.scott on hear and tell me what u think i streatched the frame in the middle and the bodey in the midlle. when u get a chance tell me what u think. the front cap was not streatched just where the doors used to be. Very Happy thank you
